How to get big arms in 30
days???????
Many of us think that only bodybuilders have
big muscles… and a lot of hard work is to be done.
Yes this is right that you have to do work, if
you want big arms…but not hard work.
But you have to add 3 easy exercises in your
daily routine…...
1.
Pull-ups.
2.
Push-ups.
3.
Plank.
1. Pull-ups: It depends upon you how much pull-ups you can do at
one time. I recommend that do pull-ups two times (at morning and evening). And
you can increase it after 2 or 3 days according to your wish.
2. Push-ups: Push-ups is a very
effective exercise I found…. Friends it really works. It works with an formula
given below:

the maximum no. of push-ups which you can do continuously » then multiply it by
4 the result which comes you that is the real no. of push-ups you have to do
daily.
FOR
EXAMPLE: Aman does maximum 60 no. of push-ups at a time.
But if he
want effective results than he have to do 60*4=240 push-ups daily.
To make
it easy divide it into 4 parts 60,60,60,60.
And you
can do it on different time (60 at morning, 60 at, 60 at evening and 60 before
the dinner or as you wish).
3. Plank:
It is easy to say plank but, very tough to do so start with 10 seconds of plank
and increase daily it with 2 or 3 seconds. The position is shown below:
